Payments at an Event:

I accept cash or card. Card payments are taken via PayPal Here, this allows you to pay securely using your PayPal account, credit or debit card.

Payments Online:

Payments taken online will be via Etsy.com. Etsy accepts most major forms of payment including PayPal, Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Etsy Credits. Etsy keeps your payment information secure. As an Etsy shop I will never receive your credit card information.

Custom Orders:

Custom orders placed at an event can be paid for using the same means as above. Custom orders placed online or by message, will be sent an invoice via Paypal and are paid using PayPal, this allows you to pay securely online using your PayPal account, credit or debit card. 

Returns & Refunds:

I have a 14 day returns policy, if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase please contact me within 14 days of delivery. You will receive a refund when I receive the product, it must be returned in the condition you received it in its original packaging within 21 days of original delivery. 

Customer must pay the return postage. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Non-refundable Items:

The following items are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or defective:

• Custom Orders or personalised orders

• Digital downloads

• Intimate items (for helath/hygiene reasons)

• Items on sale

Cancellations

I do not except cancellations on any orders.
